True Belief in Yahshua Must Show Active Faith

The Bible tells us to show our true faith in Savior Yahshua thru our repentant and obedient actions

True belief in Yahshua must show active faith. What is it? Today, I will focus on true faith message and will be tackling an incredibly thought-provoking topic, which is the relationship between belief in Yahshua the Messiah, obedience to Yahweh’s laws, and the journey towards repentance and salvation—a journey rooted in James 2:19.

Hello to our readers and listeners! Welcome back to Educational Podcast, the podcast where we dive deep into the realms of genuine Bible truths, heavenly beliefs with actions, and spiritual growth. I’m Elder Dan, your host.

Now, if you’re familiar with the book of James, you might recall its powerful assertion in Chapter 2, Verse 19. It says, “You believe that there is one Elohim. Good! Even the demons believe that—and shudder.” That’s a bold statement, isn’t it? It challenges us to think seriously about what it really means to believe and what that belief should lead us to do in our lives.

Let’s start with a story—a relatable journey many of us might experience. Picture this: John is a young man who, after years of searching, finds a sense of peace in his belief in Elohim. He starts attending church, reading scripture, and engaging with the community. At first, everything seems to align perfectly. John’s career is flourishing, relationships are improving, and he’s feeling more content than ever.

But as we know, life isn’t always smooth sailing. Challenges arise. John encounters moral dilemmas at work, struggles with personal integrity, and faces temptations that test his faith. In these moments, he recalls his belief—the warm and comforting embrace of knowing Yahweh is with him. However, he soon realizes that his faith seems shallow amidst life’s trials.

This leads to our first reflection: What does true faith look like? Is it simply an acknowledgment that Elohim exists, or is it something that demands action? James pushes us towards the latter. When we just believe, we may miss the opportunity for true transformation. It’s in the obedience to Yahweh’s commands that our belief takes root and flourishes!

When John experiences a crisis of conscience at work—perhaps his boss asks him to cut corners—he is faced with a decision. It’s in this choice where his belief is tested, transforming into action. He remembers the teachings of Messiah Yahshua about honesty and integrity and decides to stand firm on those principles, despite the potential backlash.

Now, let’s pause here. I want you to think about your own experiences. How have you navigated challenges where faith required action? Have you found it easy or difficult to align your actions with your beliefs?

John’s choice to act in accordance with Elohim’s laws leads him toward repentance, recognizing areas in his life that need change. That’s where the beauty lies! Repentance isn’t just an apology; it’s a reorientation—a heartfelt turn toward what is right. It’s through that obedience that John feels a deep sense of fulfillment and connection with Yahweh, offering him not just salvation but a life that reflects the love of Yahshua.

But here’s where it gets even more critical, folks. Many religious leaders today are preaching a message that simply believing is enough for salvation—that we don’t need to worry about actions, because Yahshua Messiah already paid the price for our sins on the stake. They might tell you, “Just believe, and you’re saved!” This very popular teaching might sound comforting, but I have to tell you—it’s a big lie! It’s a wrongful teaching that can lead many astray!

You see, when we allow ourselves to be convinced that belief alone suffices, we risk neglecting the call to obedience and the beauty of repentance. John, in our story, not only wrestles with belief but also recognizes that true faith demands an active response. He understands that without his actions reflecting his beliefs, his faith remains incomplete.

True obedience isn’t merely a set of rules; it’s a heartfelt expression of love for Yahweh and an acknowledgement of His sovereignty in our lives. When John puts his faith into action—standing by his convictions—he embarks on a path toward genuine repentance. This reorientation requires us to continuously seek alignment with Elohim’s will, as it transforms our lives and the lives of others around us.

Yes, repentance isn’t just an apology; indeed, it’s a necessary step toward true redemption and salvation. We need to remember that when we act in accordance with Elohim’s laws, we embody the teachings of Yahshua and strive to live a life that reflects His love. It’s through this, not mere belief, that we cultivate a vibrant relationship with Yahweh!

And yes, this spiritual journey isn’t about being perfect. Here, the apostle James challenges all of us, not to perform flawlessly, but to live authentically. Yahweh isn’t asking for perfection; He wants our hearts and our willingness to respond. When we live out our faith through actions, we ignite a transformative process within ourselves and those around us.

To wrap up today’s episode, let’s remember that a vibrant faith goes beyond mere belief. It’s about aligning our actions with our convictions, embracing repentance as a necessary step toward salvation, and living out Elohim’s commands in every area of our lives.

Yes, true belief in Yahshua must show active faith. If we don’t repent of our sins and follow all that the Savior says in the Bible, we can’t really believe in Him! So, dear readers, I encourage you all to reflect on these words on how you can live your faith out loud. What small actions can you take to express your beliefs in tangible ways? How can you become a beacon of light for others as you walk this courageous, spiritual path?

As Yahshua Was Persecuted, So Will His Followers Be

If they persecuted Yahshua the Messiah without sin, Verily, His true followers would also be persecuted

Yes, as Yahshua was persecuted, so will His followers be. Hello and welcome to this important podcast episode. I’m Elder Dan, your host.

Today, I will discuss the reality of being persecuted as a faithful believer and follower of Yahshua. This is a biblical truth that is not often talked about in mainstream Christianity and religions but is essential to understand if we are to truly live out our faith.

Yahshua Himself said in John 15:20, “Remember what I told you: ‘A servant is not greater than his master.’ If they persecuted me, they will persecute you also.”

We live in a world that is increasingly hostile to the true heavenly faith. In some countries, persecution is a daily reality, and believers are imprisoned, tortured, and even killed for their faith. In other parts of the world, it may not be as severe, but believers still face discrimination, mockery, and even physical harm because of their faith in Yahshua.

The Bible gives us many examples of faithful men and women who faced persecution for their faith. The book of Daniel tells the story of a man who refused to bow down to the idols of his Babylonian captors and was thrown into the lion’s den. The Apostle Paul was beaten, stoned, and shipwrecked multiple times for preaching the Gospel.

We must understand that persecution is not a sign of weakness or failure in our faith. It is a natural result of following Yahshua in a world that is hostile to Him.

In fact, Yahshua tells us in Matthew 5:11-12, “Blessed are you when people insult you, persecute you, and falsely say all kinds of evil against you because of Me. Rejoice and be glad because great is your reward in heaven, for in the same way, they persecuted the prophets who were before you.”

But how do we respond to persecution? The Bible tells us to respond with love and forgiveness. In Matthew 5:44, Yahshua says, “Love your enemies and pray for those who persecute you.” This is not an easy command to follow, but it is essential if we are to truly live out our faith.

We can also respond to persecution with courage and boldness, just like the early disciples did in the book of Acts. When they were threatened and told to stop preaching the Gospel, they responded by saying, “We must obey Yahweh rather than men” (Acts 5:29).

To obey Elohim rather than men means that a person places Yahweh’s will and commandments above the demands of other people. This kind of obedience requires courage, commitment, and faith in Yahweh. It means that a person is willing to face opposition, persecution, and even death rather than compromise their faith and principles.

Here are ways to obey our Father in heaven, Yahweh, rather than men:

Know Elohim’s will

Read and study the Bible, pray, seek Elohim’s guidance, and discern what is right and true according to Yahweh’s word.

Follow Yahshua’s example

Yahshua is the ultimate example of obedience to Elohim. He followed Yahweh’s will even when it meant suffering and death on the tree.

Resist peer pressure

Don’t let the opinions or demands of others dictate your decisions. Follow Yahweh’s commands and principles regardless of what others may think or say.

Be courageous

Trust in Elohim’s promises and power. Stand up for what is right, even in the face of opposition and persecution.

Seek support

Surround yourself with fellow believers who share your faith and will encourage and support you in obeying Yahweh rather than men.

Submit to authorities

While we are called to obey Elohim rather than men, we are also called to submit to the governing authorities as long as their demands do not conflict with Elohim’s commands (Romans 13:1). Follow the laws of the land unless they go against Yahweh’s will.

Overall, to obey Yahweh rather than men requires a firm commitment to follow Elohim’s will and principles, even when it means facing opposition and persecution. It takes courage, faith, and a deep desire to please Yahweh above all else.

And yes, persecution may be difficult and even painful, but we can take comfort in knowing that we are not alone. Yahshua himself was persecuted, and he understands what we are going through. He promises to be with us always, even until the end of the age (Matthew 28:20).

So I’d say as we navigate the challenges of being a faithful believer and follower of Yahshua in a world that is hostile to Him, let us remember His words and take heart: “In this world, you will have trouble. But take heart! I have overcome the world” (John 16:33).

Thank you for joining me on this podcast of biblical truth, and I look forward to exploring more Bible verses with you in the next episodes.

Before I go, let me pray this prayer with you: May Yahweh bless you and keep you; may Yahweh make his face to shine upon you and be gracious to you; may Yahweh lift up his countenance upon you and give you peace. I humbly pray this to Yahweh in Yahshua’s precious name. Halleluyah! Amen.
